Radmila Krstajic

Curator and cultural manager. Studies in Art History at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade and MA in Cultural Management and Cultural Policies at the University of Arts in Belgrade. From 2005 to 2011 collaborator of Prelom Kolektiv, a non-govermental organization active in the field of art and theory. 2007/2008 scholarship holder and participant at the program of Robert Bosch Foundation, “Kulturmanager aus Mittel- und Osteuropa“ with the placement in Koelnischer Kunstverein, Cologne. In this period co-curator and coordinator of several international exhibitions in Cologne and Wiesbaden, supported by various German and European foundations. From 2008 to 2010 curator of the Salon of the Museum of Contemporary Art Belgrade. 2010/2011 scholarship holder of Cultural Foundation of the Free State of Saxony and curator in residence at the Museum of Contemporary Art Leipzig. From October 2011 PhD candidate under the supervision of Prof. Dr Beatrice von Bismarck at the HGB Leipzig, with the topic: Performative Archival Art (and Curatorial) Projects – Potential Fields for Self Education and Emancipation, a Challenge to Art Institutions and Art System (Working Title). She has curated and organized a number of exhibitions and cultural projects in Serbia and Germany. She lives and works in Konstanz, Germany.
